About the Role
Join Axis Bank as a CASA Sales Officer, taking charge of promoting and selling Current Account & Savings Account products. This on-roll position welcomes both fresh graduates and experienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage new clients by selling CASA products effectively.
- Undertake marketing and promotional initiatives in your designated territory to create sales opportunities.
- Carry out daily local travel to meet with prospective and current customers.
- Foster strong customer relationships to drive repeat engagement.
- Comply with all banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Complete required training, certifications, and development programs provided by the bank.
Career Progression
Starting as a Sales Officer, advance through accelerated pathways to Sales Officer I, then Assistant Manager - Sales, and ultimately Sales Manager positions based on performance.

Compensation
Monthly package includes a base salary of ₹19,000 CTC, plus potential incentives up to ₹20,000 based on performance.
