Position Overview
The Relationship Manager role involves overseeing and enhancing connections with clients within Priority Banking and Priority Private Banking sectors. The incumbent will focus on facilitating wealth management, assisting clients in setting financial objectives, investment management, and portfolio construction aimed at sustained growth and financial stability. Support is provided by specialized teams covering investment, insurance, product offerings, and treasury services to deliver holistic client solutions.

This division serves over 13 million customers, including individuals and small businesses, emphasizing affluent segments such as Private Banking and Premium categories. The strategy includes nurturing emerging affluent customers who are prospective future clients. Comprehensive financial services include deposits, payment solutions, financing, advisory, investments, and bancassurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage clients through consultative financial analyses and profiling to align solutions with their financial goals.
- Enhance client relationships by sharing updates and insights on local and international market trends and financial products.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute monthly sales plans aiming at new client acquisition and business growth.
- Participate actively in marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract potential customers.
- Identify and reach out to prospective individual clients.
- Deliver quality and efficient post-sale services to clients.
- Implement strategies to minimize client attrition and bolster client retention.
- Conduct sales presentations to various groups, including clubs, associations, and corporate organizations.
- Leverage internal referrals from colleagues across different departments to acquire clients.
- Adhere to money laundering prevention measures and report suspicious activities to the appropriate compliance units.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal controls.
Candidate Profile
- At least four years of experience in retail banking, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Strong technical knowledge of consumer banking products such as Treasury, Equities, Funds, and Insurance.
- Proven experience managing High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, or a related discipline.
