Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and nurture relationships with existing clientele to understand and fulfill their financial goals through personalized insurance plans.
• Generate new business by cross-selling various life insurance products targeting bank customers.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of bancassurance sales procedures.
• Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets including policy issuance and premium collections.
• Deliver outstanding customer support by addressing and resolving client questions and issues promptly.
