Job description
Role Overview and Duties
As a Relationship Manager, you will engage with current clients to understand their financial objectives and deliver customized financial solutions. You will also be responsible for identifying new business through active networking, seeking referrals, and proactive prospecting. A solid grasp of bancassurance products is essential in order to present appropriate offerings to customers. The role expects achievement of or surpassing monthly sales quotas by marketing life insurance policies via bank partnerships.
Qualifications and Experience
- A professional background of 2 to 8 years in bancassurance or similar insurance-related domains.
- Comprehensive understanding of life insurance products and related services.
- Excellent communication skills necessary for establishing trust and effective interactions with clients across various levels.
