Job Overview
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to handle complete sales processes for new and vacant properties by dealing directly with potential clients using assignments from our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full sales cycles for new and vacant real estate using CRM leads.
- Organize and lead property site visits for interested customers efficiently.
- Manage negotiations with buyers ensuring successful deal closures.
- Maintain a weekly goal of scheduling 5 to 6 potential client site visits.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of a graduate degree in any field is desired.
- At least one year of sales experience in any sector is preferred.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
- Fluency in English and Hindi required; knowledge of a local language is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools, CRM software, sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
- Must exhibit energy, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and confidence in interactions.
