Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager, you will work within Spectrum, a part of Axis Bank—India's third-largest private sector bank headquartered in Mumbai. The bank offers extensive financial services to a vast customer base exceeding 50 million.

Key Responsibilities

The role encompasses three primary channels:

• Banca Channel: Collaborate closely with bank branches to understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate life insurance products. This position leverages an existing customer network and involves relationship management within a target-oriented career framework.
• Direct Channel: Directly engage customers using leads, referrals, and company-generated prospects to promote life insurance solutions. This path suits professionals passionate about client interaction, sales, and earning substantial performance-linked incentives.

Required Qualifications and Experience
