Role Description and Responsibilities
The Relationship Manager position encompasses functions across three key channels:
- Banca Channel: Collaborate closely with bank branch teams to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate life insurance products. This role benefits from access to an existing customer base and involves relationship management within a results-driven career framework.
- Direct Channel: Interact directly with customers using leads, referrals, and company-supplied opportunities to present life insurance options. It is suited for those who thrive on direct customer engagement, enjoy sales, and aim for substantial performance-based incentives.
