About the Role

OpenX is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join its expanding health insurance sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the UAE medical insurance landscape and a network of broker connections. This opportunity involves a proactive commercial position where you will contribute to growing a technology-oriented health insurance business delivering innovative products to the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with insurance brokers throughout the UAE.
• Drive new client acquisition, convert leads, and foster profitable growth within the product portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with underwriting teams to align solutions with broker needs.
• Effectively present and articulate OpenX’s health insurance offerings and benefits to broker partners.
• Support brokers across the sales cycle, facilitating conversion of opportunities into confirmed business.
• Lead negotiations on pricing and commercial agreements.
• Enhance the OpenX brand presence and broker loyalty, adhering strictly to professional and ethical standards.
