Role Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard insurance agents within the assigned territory.
• Provide guidance and ongoing support to agents to foster business growth.
• Conduct field visits to engage with agents and facilitate training sessions.
• Motivate agents to meet monthly sales objectives.
• Assist agents in understanding products and processing policies efficiently.
• Drive achievement of sales targets through the agency network.

Candidate Profile

• Graduates from any discipline are eligible.
• Open to freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience.
• Willingness to engage in field sales activities.
• Possess strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated individuals preferred.
• Male candidates are preferred as per company preference.
