Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to our residents' needs.
- Conduct resident assessments and develop, implement, and review individualized care plans.
- Administer treatments and provide ongoing support to residents.
- Utilize innovative healthcare technologies including the proprietary "myRyman Care" app.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators to ensure coordinated care delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor.
- Show ability to work cooperatively within a supportive team while sharing knowledge.
- Exhibit kindness, compassion, and dedication to delivering quality resident care.
- Must have New Zealand work rights due to immigration policy requirements.
