Job description
Role Overview
Join our dynamic sales team as a Regional Sales Assistant, providing vital administrative and coordination support to enhance sales performance across various villages in Auckland and Waikato regions. This role involves active engagement with sales operations, including data management and event assistance, along with regular travel requiring a full driver's license and independent driving comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data entry within the CRM, covering areas such as leads, prospects, unit updates, and refurbishment tracking across assigned villages.
- Utilize analytical and reporting tools like Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet to generate insights that aid in monitoring sales progress and strategic decisions.
- Engage with prospective residents, contracted parties, and the public warmly and professionally, facilitating positive experiences.
- Coordinate the scheduling of appointments and follow-ups for Sales Advisors in the designated areas.
- Maintain effective communication with the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Advisors to plan and execute sales support activities efficiently.
- Analyze sales data to detect trends and improvement opportunities, reporting findings to management and sales teams.
- Represent the Ryman brand and community ethos knowledgeably to all stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or sales support roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure seamless operations.
- Proactive, positive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience or willingness to learn Salesforce CRM and other digital tools, with openness to leveraging AI and automation technologies to drive efficiency.
- Outstanding communication capabilities and the ability to cultivate effective relationships internally and externally.
