About the Role
Join a dynamic recruitment team where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. As a Recruitment Administrator based in Christchurch, you will play an essential role supporting recruitment activities and administration within a fast-paced environment. This is a 12-month fixed term, onsite position at our Russley Road office.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize job advertisements and promote vacancies effectively to attract candidates.
- Manage recruitment-related communications, handling inbox queries and ensuring timely support for candidates and hiring managers.
- Act as the initial contact for recruitment questions, assisting leaders with navigating recruitment systems.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on pre-employment paperwork to maintain compliance and standards.
- Contribute to recruitment-focused projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing departmental operations.
- Assist with social media content, events, and branding activities for Ryman Careers to strengthen employer visibility.
- Provide general administrative assistance to keep the recruitment team running efficiently.
