About the Role
Join a dynamic internal recruitment team supporting a leading global pharmaceutical publishing company based in London. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be crucial to identifying and attracting exceptional talent, helping to build teams that drive business success. This position offers a base salary of 30,000 plus an annual bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively sourcing high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and detailed market research.
- Developing and maintaining robust talent pipelines for current openings and future hiring needs.
- Conducting competitor analysis and comprehensive talent mapping to pinpoint emerging talent and recruitment trends.
- Designing personalized outreach initiatives to engage passive candidates effectively.
- Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand hiring priorities and job specifications.
- Managing interview coordination and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Keeping accurate and organized candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Providing valuable market insights and sourcing feedback to enhance recruitment strategies continuously.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building capabilities.
- Inquisitive by nature, with solid research and analytical skills.
- Confident in engaging professionals via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Well-organized with the aptitude to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
- Resilient, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- A keen interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or employer branding is desirable.
While prior experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, sales, customer service, or business development is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. Comprehensive training and continuous support will be provided.
