Job description

Naran operates vehicle fleets globally, providing cars and motorcycles to professional drivers on a rental or lease basis throughout Francophone Africa, including Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire.
The company manages the entire driver lifecycle internally, including onboarding, assigning vehicles, maintenance, and daily payment collection.
Located in Dakar, Naran is rapidly expanding and building a robust local team to ensure fleet efficiency and maximize driver earnings.

Handle comprehensive recruitment processes for Senegal operations, covering sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and finalizing hires across driver, operations, and administrative roles.
Develop and sustain a strong pool of candidates to meet the demands of fast fleet expansion.
Create and publish job advertisements, manage incoming applications, and organize the complete interview workflow.
Collaborate with country managers and hiring stakeholders to grasp hiring needs and determine recruitment priorities.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate pipeline quality, and hiring conversion rates, using these insights to optimize recruitment efforts.

Minimum of two years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar human resources function.
Fluency in French is mandatory; proficiency in English or Russian is also needed to communicate effectively with the broader team.
Demonstrated expertise in managing full recruitment cycles, preferably with experience in recruiting for multiple roles or handling high-volume hiring.

A fixed monthly salary ranging between 300000 and 500000 XOF, complemented by performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs.
A full-time position located at the Dakar office.
