About the Role

Dussmann Ajlan & Bros is seeking a skilled Recruitment Manager to head the end-to-end recruitment efforts within Facility Management operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This person will ensure the effective hiring and onboarding of qualified personnel aligned with manpower demands, company policies, and Saudi labor laws. The role handles positions across technical, engineering, soft and hard services, supervisory, administrative, and managerial categories, including volume hiring for projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Devise and implement recruitment strategies in line with organizational and project manpower requirements, collaborating closely with management and project teams to forecast staffing needs and hiring schedules.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding, leveraging diverse sourcing channels to identify and screen candidates against job specifications and certifications.
  • Manage recruitment pipelines for Facility Management roles spanning Hard & Soft Services, Engineering, MEP, Cleaning, Housekeeping, Security, Administration, and FM leadership.
  • Engage stakeholders including HR, Operations, Project Managers, and department heads to coordinate interviews, update on recruitment status, and resolve recruitment challenges promptly.
  • Coordinate offer issuance, candidate acceptance, documentation verification, and smooth onboarding processes while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain thorough recruitment documentation and confidentiality, track progress using KPIs such as Time to Hire, Vacancy Aging, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Saudization compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • At least 9 years of direct recruitment experience, preferably within Facility Management, Consultancy, Engineering, or Operation sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting a wide range of roles including technical, supervisory, and support staff, with sound knowledge of Saudi labor market dynamics and Saudization practices.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership ability and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication, candidate evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Effective negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and recruitment platforms.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
  • Solid familiarity with Saudization and Nitaqat framework requirements impacting recruitment and workforce planning.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Timely completion of recruitment cycles and high vacancy closure rates.
  • Quality and appropriateness of candidate shortlists and offer acceptance.
  • Successful onboarding and mobilization of employees within agreed timeframes.
  • Compliance with recruitment policies and Saudization mandates.
  • Accurate and timely recruitment reporting enabling data-driven improvements.
