Recruitment Coordinator

About the Role

SYOS Aerospace is currently expanding rapidly and undertaking a significant recruitment campaign across various teams including engineering, manufacturing, software, and operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to join as a Recruitment Coordinator for a 3-month period, starting immediately, primarily based onsite at Mount Maunganui with some flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with managing a high-volume recruitment drive targeting technical and operational positions.
• Source, review, and engage potential candidates effectively.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize and enhance new recruitment systems to streamline workflows.
• Identify and implement process improvements for recruitment efficiency.
• Compose clear and compelling communications to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Manage interview scheduling across different time zones, notably between NZ and the UK.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to keep recruitment efforts on track.
