About the Role

Join Yolk Recruitment Ltd's expanding Technology team based in Cardiff HQ with a hybrid working model (3 days onsite). This full-time position offers a salary range from £30,000 to £50,000 plus uncapped commissions. The team specialises in recruiting across key UK and European technology sectors such as Data, AI, Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Technology Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an end-to-end 360 recruitment desk encompassing business development to candidate placement.
• Develop and specialise in a chosen segment within the technology market.
• Secure new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
• Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Advise clients about market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
• Oversee recruitment from initial briefs to offers and successfully closing placements.
• Negotiate commercial contracts, including salaries and contract rates.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive culture within the recruitment team.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or a strong background in sales, business development, or account management.
• A proactive approach to relationship creation and business growth.
• Good commercial awareness with a focus on results-driven outcomes.
• Confidence in initiating calls and engaging in challenging conversations.
• Strong ambition to create and lead a specialised market desk.
