Role Overview

We are seeking experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants eager to specialize in a market sector, foster strong client relationships, and enhance their career progression and earnings. Our division boasts a solid history of consultants achieving promotions, salary increments, and record commissions. Additionally, a structured path to leadership positions and management roles is available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and grow your own specialist segment within engineering, manufacturing, or technical recruitment.
  • Acquire new clients and cultivate ongoing relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand your clients’ businesses deeply, including their recruitment needs and challenges.
  • Offer clients expert advice on recruitment strategies, salary trends, market conditions, and candidate availability.
  • Source and engage specialist candidates, nurturing relationships with them.
  • Oversee recruitment processes from briefing to interviews, offers, and successful placements.
  • Negotiate salaries, commercial terms, and rates effectively.
  • Focus on building enduring relationships with both clients and candidates beyond individual openings.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Engineering & Technical team to share insights, opportunities, and contacts.

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication capabilities.

  • A team-oriented mindset with readiness to work collaboratively.
  • Interest in gaining deep expertise within your recruitment niche.
  • Comfortable using technological tools and innovative recruitment platforms.
