About the Role
As a strategic leader within Google's EMEA Recruiting Leadership Team, you will manage high-volume hiring efforts across diverse portfolios including GCS, LCS, gTech, and corporate functions such as Finance and Legal. Your role involves balancing fast-paced commercial recruitment with complex, specialty hiring while nurturing strong partnerships with executive stakeholders and managing a team of recruitment professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer expert guidance and manage senior leaders (at VP level) across primary commercial and broader functional areas.
- Navigate and collaborate within a multifaceted stakeholder matrix encompassing internal groups like POps, RSO, GT, Global Recruiting, and external Vendor Delivery teams.
- Foster a high-performing, supportive team environment by setting clear goals and empowering members.
- Lead the team to develop market-driven recruiting strategies utilizing internal and external analytics.
- Innovate recruitment practices by enhancing the use of AI throughout workflows and processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in people management.
- At least 3 years managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Experience:
- Partnering with Vendor Delivery teams to craft and execute talent engagement and recruiting strategies for complex roles and locations.
- Supporting recruitment for sales and business support roles.
- Executing high-volume hiring campaigns targeting hub locations or international talent pools.
Additional Information
The position offers a competitive salary range of €178,000 to €182,000 annually in Ireland, complemented by a 25% bonus target, equity, and benefits. Applicants may choose between working locations in Dublin, Ireland or London, UK.
