Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition expert to join our team for a fixed-term engagement lasting six months. The role is based onsite in Qatar and requires local availability. This position involves overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle for an upcoming project, with a focus on fulfilling high volume and specialized hiring needs.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.
- Possess at least an undergraduate degree.
- Demonstrate sound commercial awareness and a minimum of five years of professional experience in HR, specifically in handling large-scale and specialized staffing requirements.
- Experience in managing peripheral workforce resourcing or rapid scale-up and downsizing scenarios, such as in large events, is highly preferred. Equivalent transferrable HR experience will also be considered based on seniority.
- While bilingual abilities are advantageous, they are not compulsory; however, a strong command of English is essential.
