Position Overview
WeSort.Ai GmbH is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their innovative team based in Würzburg, Germany. This role demands proficiency in handling end-to-end recruitment within a dynamic early-stage startup environment, focusing on technical and software-related hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruiting cycle for diverse roles including engineers, service technicians, software engineers, AI and data specialists, as well as sales professionals.
- Engage in active sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn, Xing, niche job portals, and technical communities to identify and attract suitable candidates.
- Create targeted, technically accurate job advertisements that appeal to engineering and technology talent.
- Independently oversee all recruitment stages using Personio ATS, including candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and company founders to ensure swift communication and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pool for technical and digital positions.
- Implement and continuously improve lean, scalable recruiting processes tailored to the startup's needs.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate experience to optimize hiring outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- Several years of professional recruiting experience, particularly within early-stage startups.
- Demonstrated success in filling technical roles (e.g., engineers, service technicians) plus software and AI-related positions.
- A proactive, hands-on approach, actively participating in operational tasks beyond coordination.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex information, work efficiently under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Proficiency in active sourcing methods, ATS platforms, and contemporary recruiting tools.
- Strong communication skills, self-driven, and solution-focused attitude.
- Language skills: Fluent in German (C1 level) and conversational in English (B1-B2 level).
- A valid work permit for employment in Germany is mandatory.
