Position Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter based in Singapore to oversee full-cycle recruitment for technical, manufacturing, operational, and corporate roles. This role will be primarily located at Bulim Square and is instrumental in supporting both Lumilens and associated contract manufacturing workforce growth. The recruiter will manage high-volume hiring campaigns, partner with internal leaders and external manufacturing collaborators, and ensure recruitment goals are met to align with production and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring processes for positions across technical, manufacturing, operations, and business functions.
• Act as the main recruitment contact for the Bulim Square facility’s staffing requirements.
• Lead recruitment drives supporting manufacturing scale-up and expansion of the workforce.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturing recruitment teams for synchronized hiring efforts and workforce planning.
• Implement proactive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing, employee referrals, recruitment events, and targeted talent mapping.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding processes.
• Coordinate onboarding to guarantee adherence to local employment regulations.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular status reports on hiring progress and candidate pipelines.

Stakeholder & Advisory Partnership

• Provide expert recruitment strategy advice and insights on talent availability and workforce planning to leadership.
• Work closely with operations, hiring managers, and contract manufacturing stakeholders to align hiring with organizational requirements.
• Advise stakeholders regarding recruitment schedules, talent selection compromises, and market competitiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Prior experience recruiting in manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with contract manufacturers, staffing agencies, or outsourced workforce arrangements is advantageous.
• Proven abilities in sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and communication.

Additional Details

• This is a full-time role based at the Bulim Square location in Singapore.
• Coordination and communication across US and APAC time zones will be required.
• Occasional travel related to recruitment activities and team collaboration is expected.
