About the Role

Join Cielo Talent as a Recruiter based in Dubai or Saudi Arabia, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the recruitment process and ensuring excellence at every stage. As a representative of the client brand, your focus will be on securing outstanding talent while keeping all parties informed promptly throughout the search process. Leveraging your expertise in talent acquisition, you will advise hiring leaders with consultative insight and industry knowledge.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake discussions with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and provide well-informed market insights and suggestions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to devise and manage effective recruitment marketing and sourcing plans.
• Assess candidate qualifications in relation to job criteria, compile strong candidate shortlists, and cultivate talent pools for future needs.
• Maintain candidate engagement by delivering timely status updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize offer details, supporting decisions with market research and compensation standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma.
• Have prior recruitment experience with proven achievements within corporate, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), or agency environments.
• Be proficient with recruitment technology tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
• Understand fundamental Human Resources concepts and metrics pertinent to talent acquisition.
