Overview

Step up your career as a Senior Recruiter with Cielo Talent in Berlin. In this hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the office at Tempelhofer Weg 60, you will champion recruitment excellence throughout the hiring process and serve as a trusted advisor for your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed intake discussions with hiring managers to clarify job specifications, offering data-driven market insights and strategic advice.
• Work alongside internal departments to craft and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing initiatives.
• Assess candidate profiles meticulously to align with job needs and build robust talent pipelines while presenting strong candidate shortlists.
• Maintain candidate engagement by providing them with prompt updates on their recruitment progress.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders on offer details informed by compensation data and guidelines, advising on competitive packages.
• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members to foster growth and development.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive recruiting experience with a proven record of success within corporate, RPO, or agency environments.
• Proficiency using recruitment tools including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
• Strong understanding of human resources principles and talent acquisition metrics.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing or production sectors is advantageous.
