As a Recreation Attendant, you will be a key ambassador of our brand, delivering exceptional guest service in our recreational facilities including the pool, gym, and spa areas. Your role involves maintaining cleanliness, ensuring safety, and providing guests with helpful information and assistance during their visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, establishing a friendly atmosphere for their visit.
• Provide guests with detailed information about recreation, spa, and wellness offerings.
• Respond swiftly and courteously to guest inquiries or concerns, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain tidiness and orderliness of the pool, gym, spa, and surrounding recreation spaces.
• Arrange furniture, fitness apparatus, and poolside amenities as necessary.
• Clean and restock restrooms, changing rooms, and showers regularly and thoroughly.
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve cleanliness or maintenance needs proactively.
• Distribute towels, water, and essential items to guests while managing inventory levels.
• Keep storage areas neat and fully stocked; notify management of supply shortages promptly.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols rigorously to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor guest behavior to enforce rules and ensure a safe environment.
• Report damages, hazards, or equipment issues to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications and Desired Attributes

• Experience in recreation, guest services, or wellness roles, preferably within hotels or resorts.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Positive, energetic demeanor paired with effective communication skills focused on guest satisfaction.
