Role Overview
Joining as a Recreation Attendant at Hilton, you will warmly welcome guests immediately upon arrival and offer assistance to ensure their comfort and satisfaction in the pool and beach areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and cordially as they enter the recreational facilities.
- Provide support and respond swiftly to guests’ requests, remarks, and concerns in the pool and beach zones.
- Keep the pool and beach areas tidy by emptying used towel bins, organizing furniture, collecting towels, and neatly arranging storage shelves.
- Verify guest registration before issuing any resort property.
- Track and monitor inventory of pool/beach items to prevent loss of property.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Present a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Possess intermediate proficiency in English.
- Basic computer literacy is necessary.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
