Position Overview
As a Receptionist / Host, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, guiding guests through self-service kiosks for seamless check-ins and check-outs. You will be the primary resource for guests seeking information about hotel services, amenities, events, and local attractions.
Your role will include enthusiastically addressing guest inquiries and resolving minor issues promptly, liaising with relevant departments to ensure a smooth team effort, and assisting the Front Office in key operational tasks to maintain efficient daily workflow. Every guest interaction should reflect genuine Radisson energy, characterized by authenticity, fun, and adaptability.
Candidate Profile
- Dynamic and engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Creative problem-solver with a positive attitude who enjoys overcoming challenges;
- Self-driven and passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences;
- Authentic and genuine, comfortable being yourself in the workplace;
- Technologically adept with experience using IT systems;
- Fluent in both Polish and English;
- Interest in music, art, and fashion is a plus.
