Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible Receptionist Cum Telecaller to join Dr Mahale's Dental Clinic in Nashik. This position involves managing patient communications via phone, interfacing professionally with doctors, the patient care team, and the laboratory, and handling numerous administrative tasks critical to the clinic's operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Answering incoming patient calls and providing effective responses.
• Coordinating between doctors, patients, support teams, and laboratory staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Registering patient details accurately into the system upon arrival.
• Collecting fees and managing related financial transactions.
• Maintaining records using Excel and other software tools.
• Submitting online claims and handling small external banking and administrative activities.
