About the Company
Latius Ghana Ltd is the franchise holder for a notable international food retail brand emphasizing family values such as wholesomeness, trustworthiness, honesty, and integrity. The brand focuses on freshness and premium value and operates outlets spanning across the continent. The company is in the process of opening a new store in Ghana and is seeking qualified candidates to fill key roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper organization of the receiving area at all times, ensuring products are stored at the appropriate temperatures.
- Ensure accountability and accurate booking of all received products.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of store inventory products and their respective suppliers.
- Verify all stock deliveries accurately during receipt to prevent discrepancies.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a valid forklift operator certificate and license is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication and coordination with suppliers and store staff, promptly addressing any delivery issues.
- Competent numeracy skills to accurately count received stock, calculate unit prices, and reconcile invoices and credits.
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure ensuring consistent product replenishment throughout operational hours.
- A minimum of one to two years experience, preferably within a retail environment.
