About the Role
TEKNIKOZ is seeking a skilled Real Estate Video Editor to join their team remotely, with candidates required to be located in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, or Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience editing various types of video content specifically related to real estate and social media formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce polished high-quality videos of property walkthroughs, real estate listings, and promotional content.
- Edit podcasts, interviews, vlogs, reels, and other short-form videos tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Transform raw footage into engaging content using creative transitions, motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, music, and color correction techniques.
- Ensure consistency in visual style in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate remotely with creative and marketing teams to meet project goals.
- Manage multiple video projects and adhere to deadlines.
- Stay updated on current trends in video editing especially relevant to real estate and social media communities.
Experience and Skills Required
- A minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in video editing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in editing real estate videos, podcasts, vlogs, reels, and short-form video content.
- Strong storytelling ability and solid visual composition skills.
- Expertise using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Knowledgeable in color grading, sound mixing, subtitle creation, motion graphics, and fundamental visual effects.
- Capability to understand creative briefs and work independently.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- A compelling portfolio or showreel is mandatory for application.
