Teknikoz is looking for a highly imaginative and technically proficient Real Estate Video Editor with 3 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling and have a strong portfolio showcasing premium residential, commercial, and luxury real estate video content that succeeds in engaging viewers and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform raw video footage into stunning cinematic presentations highlighting luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, and architectural properties.
• Create engaging videos optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Produce diverse content including property walkthroughs, drone showcases, promotional films, builder campaigns, project launches, and brand videos.
• Apply advanced techniques such as color correction, cinematic grading, sound design, audio cleanup, and musical synchronization.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animated typography, lower thirds, logo animations, map visuals, floor plans, callouts, and branding components.
• Edit and stabilize aerial drone footage emphasizing architectural highlights and nearby amenities.
• Develop fast-paced, compelling edits featuring seamless transitions and strong narrative flow.
• Adapt videos to multiple aspect ratios without sacrificing quality, such as 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5.
• Manage several editing projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent on-time delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with cinematographers, photographers, creative directors, and marketing teams to craft impactful campaigns.
• Maintain meticulously organized files, backups, and version control across projects.

Technical Skill Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Expertise in DaVinci Resolve for color grading.
• Competence in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Audition.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Knowledge of AI-driven video editing tools and Frame.io.
