Position Overview

This full-time role, based onsite in the Pune District, involves shaping raw footage into refined video content that reflects Riitek’s brand identity and messaging. Responsibilities encompass cutting and arranging clips, syncing audio tracks, applying basic sound improvements, and adding color grading to ensure visual coherence. The editor will work closely with marketing and product teams to grasp project goals, incorporate motion graphics and visual effects to enrich storytelling, and prepare final video assets suitable for multiple platforms. Maintaining orderly project files and adhering to timelines and quality standards are essential duties. Additionally, staying abreast of industry developments and proposing innovative video concepts is expected.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw video content into polished final products aligned with brand messaging, including trimming, sequencing, and audio syncing.
• Apply color grading techniques to maintain consistent and appealing visuals across projects.
• Integrate motion graphics and visual elements to strengthen storytelling and viewer engagement.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams to understand project objectives.
• Organize project files and manage multiple deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare video materials optimized for various distribution platforms.
• Keep informed about video editing trends and recommend creative enhancements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in video production and editing, capable of handling the entire workflow from raw footage to final output.
• Strong skills in video color grading to ensure high-quality, uniform visuals.
• Experience with motion graphics and graphic design to create compelling titles, overlays, and visual effects.
• Proficiency in leading editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, alongside motion graphics tools like After Effects.
• Excellent visual storytelling abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and adherence to brand and creative guidelines.
• Ability to work onsite at Pune District and collaborate with diverse teams while managing multiple projects efficiently.
• Relevant background in editing for technology products, digital marketing content, or similar fields; a portfolio or showreel is highly recommended.
• Formal education in Film, Media, Design, Communication, or related disciplines is preferred but not mandatory given sufficient experience.
