React Developer

Project Overview

Seeking an experienced Front-End Developer specialized in React to architect, build, and sustain modern web applications offering outstanding user experiences. This role involves collaborating across disciplines including backend engineering, architecture, UX design, DevOps, and product ownership to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions utilizing modern engineering and cloud technologies.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, maintainable, and reusable React-based web applications.
• Create modern user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Implement and maintain Micro Frontend (MFE) structures in large-scale enterprise applications.
• Integrate front-end modules with RESTful APIs and backend microservices.
• Enhance application performance, accessibility, and overall user interaction quality.
• Engage in design, technical discussions, and architectural reviews.
• Produce clean, testable, maintainable code adhering to best industry standards.
• Coordinate with QA teams for comprehensive testing support, both automated and manual.
• Diagnose issues in production and provide ongoing application maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows and deployment automation.
• Participate actively in Agile processes such as sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and code reviews.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong command of React.js and its component-based architecture.
• Proven experience developing Micro Frontends (MFE).
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.
• Hands-on experience with REST API consumption and integration.
• Proficiency with Git workflows.
• Expertise in responsive and mobile-first design techniques.
• Deep knowledge of front-end performance optimization methods.
• Experience contributing to architectural and technical direction.
• Understanding of CI/CD and deployment pipeline automation.
• Capability to guide junior developers through mentorship and code reviews.
• Leadership skills in driving development projects and technical enhancements.
• Experience thriving in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
• Working knowledge of Next.js.
• Exposure to Vue.js or Angular frameworks.
• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Insight into microservices architectural patterns.
• Background in banking, financial services, or large enterprise systems.
