We are seeking an R&D Test Engineer to develop automated test equipment (ATE) programs, test hardware, and evaluation bench boards specifically for analog, digital, and power semiconductor devices. The role involves enhancing test methodologies aimed at increasing coverage and reducing testing duration.
Key Responsibilities
