Key Responsibilities

• Manage cleanliness and upkeep of the R&D laboratory and ensure maintenance of all experiment-related apparatus.
• Confirm accuracy and calibration status of weighing instruments.
• Conduct validation experiments linked to ongoing projects.
• Execute manufacturing of products following R&D trial procedures.
• Develop processes in compliance with ICH guidelines and pharmacopoeia quality standards.
• Optimize and scale up finalized manufacturing processes.
• Produce data reflecting negative and challenging scenarios to address scale-up issues.
• Perform verification and validation batches.
• Collaborate effectively with the Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) department.
• Work in coordination with laboratory colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain detailed lab notebooks documenting all active projects.
• Review and ensure up-to-date calibration records for equipment and instruments.
• Adhere to safety protocols, particularly for hazardous reactions.
• Report progress and outcomes timely to the department head.
