Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert diagnostic radiology services remotely with a flexible, part-time or full-time schedule averaging 30 hours per week.
• Collaborate within an international multidisciplinary team and receive ongoing mentorship from an experienced colleague.
• Support community and educational efforts by participating in continuing education events and volunteering initiatives, with up to 16 hours of paid volunteer time annually.
• Utilize an advanced platform that facilitates report reading and dictation, featuring automation tools and easy case escalation to support teams.
• Attend both internal and external training opportunities, with expenses supported by IDEXX.
• Engage in telemedicine support to streamline client communications and focus efforts on patient care.
• Access 24/7 specialist and IT support for continuous operational assistance.
• Eligible radiologists working 75% or more receive an annual stock award as part of compensation.

Candidate Profile

• Board-certified or near certification in relevant veterinary radiology credentials (e.g., DACVR, DECVDI, FANZCVS Radiology).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking with demonstrated capacity for prioritization and problem-solving.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings aligned with US time zones.
