A well-established boutique Construction Consultancy based in Central London is seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor with expertise in hotel, high-end, or leisure sectors to join their team.

Job Role

Reporting directly and receiving strong support from senior directors, the Quantity Surveyor will manage a portfolio of hotel and leisure projects across London, including refurbishment and fit-out works in prominent areas such as Farringdon and Mayfair.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate overall costs encompassing materials, labor, and equipment.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess project affordability.
• Prepare tender documentation and bills of quantities for bidding processes.
• Assist in the selection and engagement of contractors and suppliers.
• Manage client meetings and oversee projects through their entire lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a BSc or MSc degree in Quantity Surveying.
• At least three years of experience within quantity surveying, specifically in hotel and leisure projects.
• Thorough knowledge of both pre-contract and post-contract activities.
• Experience handling contracts valued between £5 million and £30 million.
• Strong understanding of high-end finish requirements.
