Quality Production Specialist

About the Role

Boeing Global Services is inviting applications for a Quality Production Specialist to join the F-15 Qatar Program based at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the production process of military aircraft with significant responsibilities in quality analysis, compliance auditing, and supplier evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate proposals, contracts, and regulatory as well as program and customer requirements to ensure quality is integrated early in program development phases.
• Develop and keep updated quality directives, policies, procedures, and metrics to comply with contract, customer, regulatory, and international standards.
• Analyze process data and metrics to identify problems and collaborate with stakeholders on preventive or corrective solutions.
• Research and interpret performance reports plus process control statistics to enhance process capabilities continuously.
• Perform quality source selections and process assessments of suppliers to confirm their ability to meet quality demands and support management decisions.
• Conduct audits covering hardware, software, and system levels to verify conformity with quality management system standards and report findings.
• Assess data to propose dispositions on nonconforming materials, parts, and equipment.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Proven experience working on F-15 or other comparable fighter aircraft platforms.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality control or inspection roles on military aircraft and in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, overtime, and potential rotating schedules.
• Preferred candidates will have 5+ years in similar quality roles, specific F-15 platform and weapons experience, and skills in root cause analysis and quality assurance.

Additional Information

• This position is geographically located 100% onsite at Al Udeid AB, Qatar.
• Employment requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, with U.S. citizenship mandatory for final clearance.
• The role is export-controlled and subject to government authorization and trade control regulations.
