Job description
About the Role
A prominent technology and manufacturing group is in search of a seasoned Quality Manager to lead and enhance quality assurance, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality assurance processes within manufacturing operations.
- Manage compliance with relevant quality standards including EN9100, ISO 9000, and defense sector quality requirements.
- Apply project management skills to quality-related initiatives.
- Serve as the Management Representative, including fulfilling SACAA regulatory obligations as necessary.
- Accept travel obligations when required to support quality assurance activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Quality Management qualification at NQF Level 6 or hold a Technical Diploma.
- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory.
- Accumulated over 8 years of expertise in Quality Management, Quality Control, and Assurance functions.
