Role Overview
We are seeking a Quality Dispense Technician to join our expanding team. This is a permanent, full-time position involving a range of varied shifts, so flexibility is essential. No previous experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. The role involves working remotely in the greater Newcastle area, managing a designated territory focused on the installation, repair, and maintenance of Thatchers Cider dispense equipment at licensed premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable quality for every pint served by ensuring dispense equipment operates flawlessly.
- Perform installations, repairs, and routine maintenance of cider dispense systems within your assigned area.
- Manage your schedule independently as a remote worker, efficiently organizing appointments and tasks.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilize provided company vehicle and tools to perform technical duties effectively.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Practical and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining company standards.
- Good interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Basic proficiency in IT, including familiarity with tablets and internal digital systems.
