Role Overview
The Quality Dispense Technician is essential in guaranteeing that every pint served meets Thatchers’ high standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of the company's dispense equipment across assigned licensed venues within their territory. This full-time, permanent role involves flexible working hours with varying shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all installation, maintenance, and repair of Thatchers Cider dispense equipment within a designated area.
- Manage and organize own work schedule efficiently in the capacity of a remote worker.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong professional relationships with a diverse range of clientele.
- Utilize provided tools and company van to perform all assigned duties effectively.
Requirements and Skills
- Strong practical abilities with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Experience in customer service with an ability to engage and interact professionally with clients.
- Meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing workloads efficiently.
