Job Description

• Plan and conduct inspections with a high degree of professionalism.
• Carry out detailed inspections of materials, equipment, and construction or installation activities on-site.
• Generate relevant quality documentation and report any non-conformities to the QC Supervisor as needed.
• Ensure adherence to the Quality Control Plan including reviewing necessary documentation, procedures, and equipment for tests and inspections, as well as managing certification documents.
• Confirm proper execution of the approved Inspection Test Plan.
• Validate special processes and verify qualifications of personnel involved.
• Inspect components such as power transformers, switchboards, accumulator batteries, socket outlets, lighting systems, remote terminal units, instruments, cables, and tunings.
• Perform visual inspections, dimensional testing, and verify ratings and materials for connections.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least eight years of relevant experience within the oil and gas construction industry.
• Experience working offshore is mandatory.
• Must have ARAMCO approval in Electrical & Instrumentation, including Computer Based Training (CBT).
• Knowledgeable of engineering standards and codes applicable to QC surveillance in offshore installation, construction, cable laying, and EPC projects.
