Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all relevant quality and regulatory standards.
• Review, approve, and oversee Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), SOPs, quality specifications, protocols, and reports.
• Conduct line clearance approvals, in-process inspections, and detailed batch documentation assessments during manufacturing processes.
• Manage quality incidents such as deviations, Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT) results, change control measures, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and customer complaints ensuring prompt resolution.
• Lead internal audits, self-inspections, and vendor audits as required to maintain compliance.
• Monitor and verify production, quality control, warehouse, and other operational divisions for compliance with established quality systems.
• Provide support for validation, qualification, calibration procedures, and stability testing activities.
• Maintain accurate and controlled documentation ensuring data integrity and traceability of records.
• Collaborate effectively across departments including Production, Quality Control, Research & Development, and Stores to address and resolve quality concerns.
• Assist in customer, regulatory, and certification audits and manage follow-up actions and CAPA tracking.
• Compile and sustain comprehensive QA reports, quality performance metrics, audit documentation, and compliance tracking mechanisms.
• Champion initiatives to enhance quality systems, documentation practices, adherence to GMP, and overall regulatory compliance.
