Quality Assurance & Delivery Agent

Role Overview

iMusician is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance & Delivery Agent to join their Berlin-based team starting in November. This role involves ensuring that music releases meet platform standards and managing various quality assurance tasks within the digital music distribution process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate metadata, audio fidelity, and artwork quality for music releases in the iMusician Admin platform in accordance with diverse platform style guides.
• Handle supplementary products such as release features and Content ID, including associated administrative duties.
• Lead specialized tasks within the team, for example managing urgent cases, attending helpdesk duties, assisting the Team Lead, overseeing knowledge management, or handling features.
• Maintain accountability for personal performance targets and reporting, as well as areas of specialization.
• Develop in-depth expertise in platform guidelines and company processes.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and other iMusician teams to identify issues, suggest improvements, and enhance Quality Assurance and Delivery workflows.
• Assist in executing initiatives aimed at elevating Quality Assurance and Delivery effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

• Based in Berlin with availability for onsite and hybrid work as needed.
• Experience within the music industry, particularly in digital distribution, label operations, or digital service provider standards.
• Possess a technical and analytical approach, comfortable using digital platforms and tools, capable of diagnosing issues and proposing practical solutions swiftly.
• High attention to detail with the ability to uphold strict quality under tight deadlines.
• Well-organized and proactive, with strong skills in time management and prioritizing tasks.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with internal teams, artists, and labels, providing clear feedback and instructions.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered a significant plus.
• Motivated to continuously learn and deepen technical and product expertise.
