Quality Analyst

Overview

Woodrock Infotech Private Limited is seeking a diligent Quality Analyst to join their team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, focusing on maintaining high standards and fostering ongoing quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish effective communication and build strong rapport with team members.
• Demonstrate adaptability, initiate actions independently, and remain open to coaching.
• Utilize metrics and quality control tools to ensure accuracy and maintain quality benchmarks.
• Perform call barging and conduct audits on communications.
• Monitor associate performance and collaborate with team leaders and moderators to enhance KPIs.
• Investigate errors, conduct sample moderations, address moderator issues, and hold weekly one-on-one sessions.
• Regularly calibrate and provide refresher training on relevant policies to the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience as a Quality Analyst.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
• Practical experience using Quality Control (QC) tools.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment with a 6-day rotational work schedule.

Additional Details

• Work hours: Rotational shifts totaling 9 hours daily.
• Weekly off: One day per week on a rotational basis.

• Interview timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
