About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Python Technical Lead based in Chennai to spearhead development and optimization of data solutions. This role requires comprehensive expertise in Python programming, SQL query optimization, and data analysis to deliver efficient automation and insightful reporting. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure data integrity and implement effective data models.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and enhance SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction, manipulation, and comprehensive reporting.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to uncover trends, detect anomalies, and generate actionable insights communicated to stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and deploy data-driven automation, manipulation, and visualization solutions using Python.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to collect requirements, design data models, and maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify and resolve technical problems involving SQL databases, data pipelines, and Python scripts promptly.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry standards and improvements in SQL, Python, and data analysis to foster continuous technical advancement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in SQL for composing complex queries, optimizing database functions, and ensuring data quality.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets, spotting meaningful patterns and insights.
- Proficient Python programming skills to build automation tools, data pipelines, and customized analysis solutions.
- Experience handling large datasets efficiently using SQL and Python.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail to address technical challenges and uphold data accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to engage productively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Familiarity with data visualization methods and tools for clearly presenting data findings.
