Role Overview

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Senior Solutions Architect to drive technological innovation and craft robust, secure core banking solutions. The role demands strong expertise in banking domains, architecture design, and cybersecurity integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage deep knowledge in banking, accounting, payments, and settlements with a focus on core banking systems.
• Lead or participate in at least three projects involving design and architecture of resilient, reliable, and secure core banking implementations within microservices and API-driven ecosystems.
• Establish and uphold architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices across projects.
• Collaborate effectively within Agile environments, engaging in team frameworks such as Tribes and Squads, and Agile rituals including quarterly and sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, and managing features, epics, and user stories.

Technical Expertise

• Over a decade of experience architecting end-to-end solutions for core banking applications, such as Finacle or similar platforms, including APIs, message brokers, event streaming, and microservices deployed on cloud-native/container infrastructures.
• Strong ability to propose and justify architectural design principles and patterns for core banking and their integration ecosystems (e.g., third-party integrations, REST APIs, ISO8583).
• Proficient in embedding cybersecurity and information security controls into banking solutions through data classification, regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, UAE Central Bank, GDPR), threat modeling, and security governance frameworks.
• Skilled in implementing cybersecurity measures including authentication, authorization, encryption, secure data handling, event logging, and alerts.
• Fundamental understanding and some practical experience with cyber offense and defense mechanisms.
• Familiar with artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning, generative AI, large language models, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), embedding models, vector databases, model context protocols, AI agents, and tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude.
