Python Lead Developer

Overview

We're looking for a seasoned Python Lead to spearhead the creation and enhancement of core backend services for a robust enterprise-grade application. This position is based in the Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune offices. The successful candidate will apply advanced Python engineering skills within secure, scalable environments, leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs designed to be secure, reliable, and scalable.
• Enhance Python components by utilizing cloud-native services and libraries, particularly on AWS or Azure.
• Engage with platform architects to design APIs that support scalable, optimized, and enterprise-ready solutions.
• Contribute to defining API standards, reusable designs, and comprehensive documentation to support platform-wide adoption.
• Diagnose and improve performance issues across distributed systems and cloud infrastructures.

Required Experience and Skills

• At least 2-3 years leading development teams.
• Proven expertise in Python development within production environments.
• Experience operating in highly regulated enterprise settings demanding strict security adherence.
• Hands-on development experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, SQS, and DynamoDB.
• Competence in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with NoSQL database systems.
