Python Automation Testing Engineer

About the Role

The candidate will engage in understanding client requirements, designing and validating architecture, and maintaining high service standards in technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients for quality assurance and problem-solving.
• Understand and analyze requirements to create and review design documents.
• Validate software architecture to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Contribute to project estimation and provide technical inputs for solution delivery.
• Conduct technical risk assessments and lead code and unit test plan reviews.
• Lead teams to develop optimized, high-quality code adhering to organizational standards.
• Support continual knowledge sharing and adherence to internal guidelines and procedures.
• Assist clients in their digital transformation initiatives by building efficient programs and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Computer Applications (BE, BTech, BSc, BCA, MSc, MCA, MTech).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks, specifically Selenium integrated with Python.
