Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and place purchase orders accurately with suppliers.
• Maintain ongoing communications with suppliers concerning orders, shipment schedules, pricing, and product specifications.
• Perform reconciliations to ensure alignment with suppliers on transactions.
• Monitor stock quantities within company warehouses to track inventory levels.
• Guarantee consistent delivery of products without disruption.
• Compile detailed reports summarizing procurement activities and progress.
• Oversee product availability to meet demand effectively.
• Organize and participate in meetings with associated departments to resolve issues related to inventory shortages or excesses.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a higher education degree specializing in economics.
• Have a minimum of two years' experience in procurement, specifically within a large trading enterprise.
• Demonstrate fluency in both English and Russian languages.
• Exhibit advanced proficiency in business process management tools and Microsoft Excel.
